We can also offer warranties (terms and conditions apply) and introductions to marine insurance and finance brokers. And to assist you further, our FAQ page contains useful guidance on the process. As members of the British Boat Retailers and Brokers Association (a group association of British Marine), we follow a professional Code of Practice and maintain a separate bank account specifically to deal with client funds. British Marine has also produced a helpful video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=I7lqiK0c6rA) and a Boat Buyer’s Guide (https://www.fishandduck.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2021/02/Boat-Buyers-Guide-2018.pdf).
We advertise on our web site and other media including Apollo Duck, Rightboat and Facebook (Market Place). We also have display boards and signage at the marina, so if you are considering selling a boat please contact us for details of our service and competitive terms. From our location at Popes Corner, we can also collect and deliver vessels from and to most locations on the Cambridgeshire waterways.
