BOATS WANTED FOR BROKERAGE
We began offering brokerage at the Fish and Duck Marina in early 2016, bringing over 30 years of boat sales experience to this part of the Great Ouse river network.
Our clients are buyers and sellers of narrow and wide beam steel vessels, motor cruisers, day boats and sports boats to whom we offer a comprehensive sale and purchase service covering all practical and legal aspects of buying and selling vessels. We can also offer warranties (terms and conditions apply) and introductions to marine insurance and finance brokers via the links on our web site. And to assist you further, our FAQ page contains useful guidance on the process. As members of the British Boat Retailers and Brokers Association, we follow a professional Code of Practice and maintain a separate bank account specifically to deal with client funds. We advertise using our own web site, Apollo Duck, Rightboat and Facebook (Market Place), and we have display boards and signage at the marina, so if you are considering selling a boat please contact us for details of our service and competitive terms. From our location at Popes Corner, we can also collect vessels from most locations on the Cambridgeshire waterways.
If you are looking to buy a boat, please contact us to discuss your requirements. In the meantime, please scroll down to browse our current listings and if you see a boat that interests you, please get in touch and we will be only to pleased to help.
‘Thanks again for all your help, I will not hesitate in recommending your service to anyone as you service and help has been outstanding thanks again.’
Graham and Gillian Ancient, February 2017 & January 2018
“Duncan and Tracey at Fish & Duck were both knowedgable and responsive in dealing with the sale of my boat. By using their brokerage service, I was able to minimise the time spent involved in the sale, safe in the knowledge that they were handling buyer interest, viewings, the survey, and exchange and completion of contracts. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to other boaters thinking of selling their boat”
