Construction
Steel plate - 10mm base plate, 6mm hull sides, 5mm cabin sides, 4mm roof, gold anodised aluminium hopper style windows and port hole frames with single glazing. Semi Trad style stern, forward well deck with integral LPG locker in the bow. Cratch and Pram Cover. External paintwork - green cabin side panels, cream cabin roof.

Accommodation
From the well deck, a pair of hardwood, glazed doors lead to-:
Saloon (16'2") - step with access down into the cabin, a multifuel stove in the forward port side corner, fitted storage cupboard, free standing sofa bed and radiator.
Galley (10'4") - fitted base units in an 'L-Shaped' layout with cupboards, drawers and shelving, work surfaces with upstand, stainless steel sink with mixer tap, LPG oven/hob/grill and under-counter fridge/ freezer. Breakfast bar with concealed washer/dryer. Swan Hatch to starboard.
Starboard side doorway to-:
Walkthrough Bathroom Room (6'9") - corner glass shower cubicle, heated towel radiator, storage cupboard with wash basin, hot and cold tap, shelves, port hole window with obscured glass, cassette toilet.
Main (aft) cabin (12'2") – double bed to starboard with storage space and hot water calorifier tank beneath, large, fixed storage cupboard with shelving, radiator, port hole windows on both sides.
Steps lead up to the stern area, with storage lockers and access to electrical equipment.
Internal cabin headroom is 6'4".

Engine
Vetus M4.17 4-cylinder diesel engine coupled to a shaft drive via gearbox with a single lever engine control. RPM, voltage gauges and warning lights for temperature and oil. Engine hours reading 2788 at the time of listing.

Calorifier + Immersion heater, fire extinguishers, radiators, Webasto diesel heater, heated towel radiator, fire blanket, LPG cooker, microwave (240v), ICEKING fridge/ freezer, Servis washer/dryer (240v), sofa bed, multifuel stove, 1 x propane gas bottle and regulator.

Electrics
12v - 3 x batteries, Victron inverter/charger, Epever MPPT Solar Charge Controller, 4 x solar panels, 12v switch panel, cabin lighting, 12v domestic water pump, 12v bilge pumps, Navigation Lights, and horn.
240v - shore power lead and connection, consumer unit, hot water immersion heater, plug sockets.
