Construction
White GRP moulded hull, non-slip decks, topsides and bathing platform, aluminium framed windows and screens, stainless steel pulpit rail, grab handles, bathing ladder, radar arch (de-mountable) and canopy frame, bespoke blue fabric canopy (good condition), aluminium and PVC gunwale fendering, alloy and stainless deck fittings.

Accommodation
A sociable aft cockpit with bench seating and double helm's seat, all upholstered in light grey vinyl, several stowage lockers and access to the engine, batteries, LPG locker, calorifier tank, fuel tank and bilges. Starboard companion way to the cabin with a fitted galley to starboard, single under deck berth with cockpit window, stowage lockers and WC/shower compartment to port with wash basin, hot and cold taps and shower attachment, manual sea toilet, shaver point and mirrored cabinet, wrap around seating and dinette forward that converts to a double berth with infill cushions, stowage beneath, deck hatch above and full height locker within the bulkhead. The interior is fitted in teak joinery with linings in light grey fabric and vinyl, blue patterned carpet, light blue curtains, light blue/grey upholstery and blue scatter cushions. Cabin headroom is approximately 5'9" (1.75m).

Engine
Volvo Penta AQ131C 4 cylinder petrol engine coupled to a Volvo outdrive with trim tabs, a single lever control and a full set of instruments and gauges at the helm (fuel, trim and tilt, RPM counter, oil pressure, temperature, voltage, engine hours clock, speed log, NASA depth sounder).

Equipment
Hot water calorifier tank with immersion heater, 4.5kg butane LPG bottle, LPG hob, Isotherm 12v/24v fridge, manual sea toilet, fire extinguishers and blanket.

Electrics
12v - 1 x engine and 1 x leisure batteries, cabin lighting, plug sockets, domestic water pump, shower waste pump, engine bay fan, bilge pump, navigation and anchor lights, windscreen wiper, JVC CD/radio player with speakers, fridge.
230v - shore power lead and hook-up, consumer unit, plug sockets, immersion heater.
