60′ Semi-Trad Narrow Boat ‘La Rose’

Construction
Steel plate shell, believed to have been originally constructed from 10 mm, 6 mm, and 5 mm steel, built by Amber Boats in 2005.
Semi-trad stern with a blue pram hood and matching blue fabric cratch cover featuring a hardwood and glazed frame. Steel aft doors, hardwood and glazed forward doors, anodised aluminium portholes, and rectangular hopper windows.

Accommodation
From the semi-trad stern, access is gained through a single steel door and sliding hatch, with steps leading down into the main cabin. This comprises a full-height storage cupboard, dressing table, fixed double bed, and a storage cupboard mounted on the forward bulkhead above the bed.
Moving forward through a starboard-side sliding doorway:
Walk-through Bathroom – Fitted with a corner shower cubicle with curved glass screens, an electric-flush pump-out toilet, wash basin, and a spare cassette toilet.
A central doorway leads into the second cabin, which comprises a single berth on each side and a full-height storage locker.
A sliding doorway leads to:
U-shaped Galley – Fitted with base units, a sink and drainer, fridge, freestanding cooker, and overhead storage cupboards.
Saloon – Located forward of the galley, the spacious saloon features a freestanding sofa, a half-height storage cabinet, and a multifuel stove set on a tiled plinth with a tiled surround.
The layout is practical and offers excellent potential to be brought up to a good standard by any competent DIY enthusiast.
