Construction
Originally constructed with a 10mm base plate, 6mm hull sides, 5mm deck and cabin sides, and a 4mm roof. Fitted with double-glazed windows.
Last survey conducted in 2021.

Accommodation
The internal fit-out has been largely updated in recent years by the current owner, who appears to have used good-quality materials and equipment throughout. The fit-out remains unfinished, with some appliances and finishing touches still to be completed.
Entering from the foredeck, the accommodation briefly comprises:
Saloon Area – Open-plan living space with room for free-standing furniture. A Morso solid fuel stove is fitted in the forward port-side corner.
Galley – Fitted units to both sides of the cabin with worktops, cupboards, drawers, sink and drainer, freestanding oven and hob, and a freestanding fridge/freezer.
Bathroom – Shower (not fully assembled), corner vanity unit, and cassette toilet.
Second Cabin – Currently configured as a walk-in wardrobe/storage area but could easily be converted into a home office or second bedroom.
Main Cabin – Fitted double bed with storage beneath and space for additional fitted or free-standing furniture. A second solid fuel stove provides heating to this cabin.
Steps with storage lockers on either side lead up to a semi-trad style stern deck, offering additional storage and access to the engine bay.

Barrus Shire 45hp diesel engine (Fitted New in 2012) coupled to a shaft drive with a single lever engine control.
