Construction
Brown GRP moulded hull, decks and superstructure, timber hand rails, stainless steel stern rails, bow rails, cleats and canopy frame, Caldwell alloy framed windows (single-glazed), perspex fore and aft cabin doors, brown acrylic pram hood / cockpit canopy and forward cratch cover.

Accommodation
Aft cockpit, a step/seating on both sides with fuel and LPG lockers beneath. Midship cabin doors and a portable step lead to-:
A pair of single berths or a double with storage beneath, access to batteries, isolator switches and Truma boiler, storage lockers forward.
Galley to port with lockers and drawers, grey laminate work top, stainless steel sink with a mixer tap, oven, grill, hob and fridge.
WC compartment to starboard with a corner wash basin, fitted cassette toilet, wall mounted cupboard, window with obscured glazing.
Forward saloon with seating that converts into two single berths, storage beneath, a pair of pedestal mounted tables that will clip together to make an infill for a double berth.
The interior is finished in oak and oak ply, cream vinyl head linings, grey carpet side linings, grey upholstery, grey curtains, black-out blinds and grey mosaic effect vinyl flooring. Cabin headroom 6'1" (1.85m).

Engine
Tohatsu 4 stroke 15hp electric start outboard motor with tiller steering, single lever control box and 12 litre capacity portable fuel tank. Engine provides 12 amp split charging.

Equipment
Propex LPG hot water boiler, Propex warm air heating, Thetford C400 cassette toilet with additional cassette, Thetford 2 burner hob, grill and oven, 4G router, aluminium boarding ramp, ladder, boat hook, hose pipe x 2, mooring pins, ropes and fenders.

Electrics
12v/24v - 1 x engine battery, 2 x leisure batteries (wired in series for 24v), 4 x 130W solar panels, Victron BMV 712 smart battery monitor, LED cabin lighting, tunnel light, stern light, horn, USB and plug sockets, Dometic CR55 fridge, Flojet water pump, kettle.
240v - three-way extension box.
