Construction
Modified vee GRP hull, non-slip decks, cream GRP superstructure and cockpit hard top (removable for low bridges), stainless steel and timber bathing platform, stainless steel pulpit and hand rails, alloy deck fittings, alloy framed toughened glass windows and screens, alloy/PVC gunwale fendering, navy blue fabric cockpit canopy with removable back and side panels, stainless steel frame. Boat last out of the water winter 2022/23, antifoul renewed March 2023.

Accommodation
The aft cockpit area, which can be accessed from either side offers a large and sociable space for entertaining or relaxing and the aft bench seating (with new cushions) easily converts into a double sun lounger or occasional extra berths. There are matching helm's and co-pilot's seats, a cockpit table, the engine bay is accessed by lifting the large floor panel and there are further lockers for LPG and general stowage.
A midship door, sliding hatch and steps lead to the cabin area-:
Galley - located to port as a fitted unit with storage lockers, replacement laminate work top, shelving, drawers, stainless steel sink, mixer tap, fridge, oven and two ring LPG hob.
Dinette - forward of the galley in a U shape with back cushioning, pedestal mounted table, shelving, lockers, storage beneath seating and infill cushions to create a double berth. Opposite, on the starboard side, is additional seating with storage beneath that also forms a single berth.
WC/shower - opposite the galley with a moulded shower tray, ceramic wash basin, hot and cold taps, shower attachment, shower drain, cassette toilet, mirror, windows to the cockpit and outside.
Forward cabin - separated from the saloon area by a curtain, traditional raised vee berth arrangement with an infill to form a double berth (original upholstery is tired), storage beneath, bulkhead lockers, windows and escape hatch.
The interior woodwork has been painted white to brighten it up, and the original ivory head linings and brown vinyl upholstery have been retained. Blue curtains and beige carpet complete the finish.

Engine
2 x Volvo Penta AQ145 petrol engines (135hp each) coupled to Volvo 280 stern drives, with twin trim tabs. A pair of single lever controls mounted at the helm with engine hours clock, RPM, temperature, fuel and volt gauges. Last engine services unknown. Last stern drive oil change March 2023 and bellows replaced 2020.

Equipment
Anchor and chain, mud weight, fenders, mooring ropes, mooring pins and mallet, VHF aerial and radio, boat hook, compass, fire extinguishers and fire blanket, CO alarm, Porta Potti 365 cassette toilet, Thetford Duplex LPG oven and grill and hob, 29 litre hot water calorifier tank, Clipper depth log, chart plotter, 4.5kg LPG bottle, Propex LPG cabin heater, 3 x automatic life jackets (unused).

Electrics
12v - 4 x engine and leisure batteries, automatic split charge relay, Powering 2.1kW inverter, fridge, bilge fan, bilge pumps, cockpit and cabin lighting, navigation lights, spot light, wiper motors, domestic water pump, shower waste pump, CD/radio player with cockpit and cabin speakers.
230v - shore power lead and hook-up, consumer unit, 2 x CTEK battery chargers, plug sockets.
