62′ Cruiser Stern Narrow Boat ‘Ladybird’

Construction
Welded steel base plate, hull, decks and superstructure, navy blue paintwork with red decals and grey non - slip cabin roof, cruiser stern deck with steel guard rail, steel sliding hatch and aft doors, hopper style cabin windows, steel forward doors and windows. Hull last blacked and anodes replaced in 2022 - a blacking slot is reserved for this boat in September 2026 which can be transferred to the new owner if required.

Accommodation
Access from the aft deck via a sliding hatch, double doors and steps leads to-:
Aft cabin with full height storage lockers on the port side, radiator, starboard side single berth with storage drawers beneath. Second W/c Compartment with macerator toilet, storage and ceramic wash basin to port.
Central companion way with partition door and full height storage locker leads to-:
Main Cabin with storage shelving, a small dressing table, double bed with storage and pump out tank beneath. Moving forwards via a starboard side corridor, you can access a:-
Main W/C + shower compartment with a storage unit with wash basin, shower cubicle with curtain, macerator toilet, cupboard with access to calorifier, frosted glass window.
Next you will find a third sleeping area with a single berth on either side of the cabin with storage beneath, full height wardrobe lockers and windows on both sides.
The galley is comprised of built in storage, shelving, a stainless-steel sink and drainer, laminate work tops, cooker and fridge/freezer, microwave and half doors (side hatch).
A sociable saloon with L shaped seating, a free standing drop leaf table, corner storage unit, radiator and windows to both sides and front.

Engine
Beta Marine B-43 (43hp) 4-cylinder diesel engine with a PRM 150DZ gearbox coupled to a shaft drive. Separate 175amp leisure alternator fitted in January 2025.  Recorded hours 3641 at time of listing.
Engine last serviced in August 2025.
