Hexagrip deckboards, integral water tank, engine keel cooling tanks x 2, forward bulkhead steel doors, steel stern doors, steel sliding hatch with brass runners, tubular handrails, MG Duff 2.8kg sacrificial anodes x 8, recessed fender eyes x 6, steel pole and plank holder, steel stern rail, steel aft deck seats/storage lockers with Buffalo board tops, integral forepeak locker. Spray foam insulation (double insulated), 600x600x50mm ballast slabs on felt, Airflex underfloor insulation.

Accommodation
Access to the interior from the large aft deck is via a pair of steel double doors with a sliding hatch above and a set of hand built solid oak steps leading to-:
A spacious ante-room (11’6″ x 5’6″ / 3.50m x 1.70m) – which would serve well as a boot and coat room, utility room or even a study with low level fitted storage, shelving and cupboards containing the electrical systems.
Open-plan living area (11’6″ x 25’3″ / 3.50m x 7.70m) – a vast, light space unfolds as one enters the living area incorporating a hand built, solid wood L shaped galley on the port side comprising drawer and open shelf storage, a stainless steel sink and drainer with a swan neck mixer tap, an under counter 230v fridge, and a Heritage Compact 40 diesel range in a fully tiled enclosure with spot lights above. The remainder of the living area is open plan to be used for relaxation, eating and drinking, casual entertaining, as personal exercise space, or even star gazing through the large skylights on clear nights.
Second cabin (9’2″ x 6’6″ / 2.80m x 2.00m) adjacent to the living area, via the starboard side corridor (3’3″ / 1.0m wide), is a separate good size second bedroom, study or hobby room.
The corridor continues with access to:
A large shower room (9’2″ x 6′ / 2.80m x 1.80m) with an electric flush cassette toilet, vanity unit with wash basin and a very spacious, fully tiled full height shower cubicle (1.20m x 0.90m).
A very comfortable master bedroom (11’6″ x 11’6″ / 3.80m x 3.80m) is situated towards the bow with fitted storage space, ample room for a king size bed, partly glazed steel doors to the raised foredeck, port hole windows and a cream carpet.
The interior is painted in a neutral ivory finish with wood flooring.
Engine
Beta Marine 90BHP 4 cylinder diesel engine coupled to a PRM 280 / 2:1 ratio hydraulic gearbox with a 1 1/2″ stainless steel prop shaft and 4-blade 20″x14″ propeller. Vetus 125kW bow thruster.
Equipment
Surecal 75 litre horizontal, twin coil calorifier (connected to the engine and range), Heritage Compact Duette 40 range with three ovens and two hot plates (supplies heating, hot water and cooking) with Mid therm chimney and collar, classic multi-column radiators (3), stainless steel towel radiator, bespoke venetian blinds fitted to the skylights.
Electrics
12v – 2 x 110Ah engine batteries, 5 x 110Ah leisure batteries, 2 x 110Ah bow thruster batteries, 1 x 65 Amp alternator, 1 x 175Amp alternator, Vetus split charging diode, fuse panel, automatic bilge pump, Thetford C262 electric flush cassette toilet, LED cabin lighting, Jabsco domestic water and shower pumps, extractor fans, navigation lights, horn, tank gauges (waste and fuel).
240v – shore power connection, consumer unit, plug sockets, Vetus 3kW inverter/charger, Victron 800W inverter (controls heating system valves), 1 kW immersion heater.
