40′ Narrow Boat ‘Every Penny’

Construction
Welded steel plate base, hull sides, decks, cabin sides, and roof. Single-glazed windows, steel aft door, steel and glazed forward doors. LPG locker on the aft deck. Water tank at the bow, as well as lockers for general stowage. Dark blue decks and cabin sides with gold coach lines, non slip gunwales,  cream roof, and blacked hull (last blacked and anodes replaced in 2022). Blue fabric cratch and pram covers.

Accommodation
Access to the accommodation is via aft cabin doors with steps, or forward cabin doors from the well deck.
The aft door leads straight into a starboard side hallway with port side storage cupboard with access to the calorifier tank.
A bathroom which contains a good sized shower cubicle with wipe-clean wall panels, vanity unit with wash basin with hot and cold taps, a privacy glass window, a Thetford cassette toilet, and ample storage.
A galley fitted both sides of the cabin with a full height storage locker, fitted storage cupboards with laminate work surfaces and matching upstands, drawers, a stainless steel sink and drainer with hot and cold tap, an under-counter fridge (12/24v), 4 burner LPG hob and oven, wine rack and wall storage unit.
A saloon with bench seating to port and dinette to starboard which drops down into a single berth. With an infill, this space could be converted into a good sized double bed.
The interior is completed in a light hardwood, with blue carpet side linings beneath the gunwales, and the flooring is a mixture of carpet and laminate.

Engine
Keel cooled Vetus m4.15 diesel engine with a Technodrive TMC 2:1 reduction gearbox. Engine last serviced in 2024. 1409.9 hours at the time of lisiting.

Equipment
2 x propane LPG bottles, Webasto Diesel Heater+ radiators (For central heating), Sigma Marine calorifier (hot water),  shoreline fridge 12v/24v), Vanette LPG hob and cooker, Thetford cassette toilet, CO alarm, fire blanket, fire extinguisher, solar panels, TV, weed hatch.

Electrics
12v - 2 x domestic batteries, 1 x engine starter battery, domestic water pump, whale gulper shower pump, cabin lighting, 12v sockets, solar panels, MPPT solar panel controller unit,
230v - shore power lead and hook-up, consumer unit, plug sockets.
