Construction
GRP moulded, modified vee hull with three-quarter length keel, light grey non-slip GRP decks, GRP moulded superstructure, PVC gunwale fendering, white painted steel pulpit rail, timber grab rails, alloy deck fittings, alloy framed cabin windows and folding cockpit screen, steel canopy frame and blue vinyl canopy (in need of replacement). Seamaster build no.4820. Antifouled summer 2022.
Accommodation
Aft cockpit with rear bench seating in blue vinyl upholstery, storage and LPG lockers beneath, helm and co-pilot seats, fridge, access floor panels to the engine bay, bilges, tanks, stowage, calorifier tank, diesel heater and batteries, port side helm position. Central door, hinged hatch and steps lead to the cabin area comprising-:
WC/shower compartment to starboard with white wipe clean linings, shower, fold-away wash basin and mixer tap in a compact vanity unit, manual sea toilet, light.
Galley to starboard with several storage drawers and cupboards, deck level storage shelf, melamine work surfaces, stainless steel sink and drainer with mixer tap, LPG cooker and 12v fridge.
Dinette to port with shelving, a de-mountable table to convert into a double berth, lots of storage beneath the seating, a large, forward half-height storage unit with two glass cabinets above.
A full height bulkhead and door separates the saloon area from the forward cabin with twin vee berths, storage beneath the berths, bulkhead lockers, forward shelf and access to chain locker.
The interior benefits from lots of natural light through the large windows and has been well maintained with stained and varnished mahogany joinery, painted ply head linings, neutral vinyl side linings, fawn upholstery, brown/fawn/cream striped curtains, fawn carpets, 12v cabin lighting. Cabin headroom 6′ (1.83m) minimum.
Engine
Perkins 4-107 (re-badged Wortham Blake) 4-cylinder diesel engine coupled to a Hydrive J type gearbox with a shaft drive and a single lever control at the helm. Recorded engine hours 2464. Temperature and alternator gauges, oil pressure and ignition lights.
Equipment
Hot water calorifier (coupled to the engine), Eberspacher diesel warm air heater, fire extinguishers, fire blanket, 2 x 4.5kg butane LPG bottles, Calor Gas cooker, CO alarm, Jabsco sea toilet, barometer, Philips radio/cassette player, spare fenders, anchor.
Electrics
12v – 2 x 12v batteries, battery voltage gauges, small solar panel, domestic water pump, bilge pump, horn, navigation lights, cabin lighting, two fridges, screen wiper (blade missing).
