Construction
Semi-displacement, medium vee white GRP hull, decks, superstructure, wheelhouse and cabin hard top, alloy window and screen frames with toughened glass, stainless steel stanchions, pulpit, pushpit and grab rails, stainless steel bathing ladder and bathing platform with timber slats, blue fabric canopy with stainless steel frame. Antifouled Spring 2023.
Accommodation
Aft cockpit – bench seating with lifting hatches to the engine bay, cockpit table, blue vinyl cushions, floor hatches to lazarette locker. Sliding sedan doors in timber effect laminate to-:
Wheelhouse – port side helm’s position with blue vinyl pedestal seat, additional co-pilot’s seat, L shaped seating to starboard with blue vinyl cushions, storage lockers beneath and on the port side, pedestal mounted table, seating converts to a double berth with an additional hammock berth above, under floor storage locker. Steps down to-:
Galley to port with light grey laminate work surface, stainless steel sink with mixer tap, two ring hob and oven, storage, Houdini hatch.
WC compartment to starboard with a built-in vanity/storage unit fitted with a stainless steel basin and mixer tap, manual sea toilet, formica linings.
Forward cabin with twin vee berths, storage beneath and starboard side hanging locker.
The interior linings and bulkheads are in wood effect formica, with blue vinyl upholstery, fawn carpet side linings and ivory cushioned vinyl head linings.
Engine
Perkins 4-108 diesel engine coupled to an Enfield outdrive. Single lever engine control, tachometer, oil pressure, temperature, voltage and fuel tank gauges. Speed and depth log, compass. Recent engine and outdrive services.
Equipment
Hot water calorifier tank (connected to the engine), 4.5kg Calor butane gas bottle, fire extinguishers and blanket, Webasto warm air heater (not used by the current owner), VHF radio and aerial, boat hook, fenders, mooring ropes.
Electrics
12v – 2 x 12v batteries, Dometic compressor fridge, 1200W inverter, navigation lights, horn, headlight, domestic water pump, cockpit and cabin lighting, bilge pump.
240v – shore power lead and connection, RCD unit, battery charger, plug sockets.
