Construction
White painted GRP moulded hull, decks, topsides, and cabin roof with black rubber non- slip deck surface. Large aluminium framed windows allowing plenty of natural light. Stainless steel grab rails and wide decks for easy movement around the vessel. Black bespoke cratch cover over the forward well deck with large viewing windows, conveniently zipped. The cabin also sports a sliding sunroof.
There is a large aft deck where the engine can be located and easy access into the rear cabin via 2 steps down and a secure door.
Accommodation
Spacious cabin space with sofa seating that converts to a double berth and helm’s seat, all in matching grey fabric upholstery, Multi-fuel stove and plentiful fitted storage along the port side with the TV mounted on top. Access to the spacious forward cabin area is via two steps down to a secure door at the bow and the well deck area is protected by a black fabric cratch cover.
The galley is midship with granite effect laminate work surfaces, laminate flooring, drawer, locker and rack stowage, ceramic sink, deluxe hot and cold mixer tap, electric oven and hob.
Access to the separate WC facilities is through the galley, with a spacious shower, cassette toilet, and a corner ceramic sink with cabinet storage. The space is nicely finished with grey vinyl flooring and walls.
A full height bulkhead separates the galley from the cabin which contains a double bed, 3-way fridge (gas not connected), locker and plenty of drawers and cupboards for storage. Access to the the stern of the vessel via the aft cabin door.
The light and airy feel of the interior has been well kept with a mixture of wood and carpeted head and side linings, grey upholstery, scatter cushions, grey venetian blinds, with the addition of updated 12v lighting and 230v plug sockets.
Engine
Single Perkins 4108 47Hp engine with hydraulic drive controlled with single lever engine control. Oil pressure, temperature, alternator, RPM and fuel tank gauges. Oil and fuel filters changed in 2022.

Fire extinguishers and blanket, CO alarm, Nordmende LPG cooker and hob (with inverter for ignition), Carvin 3-way fridge (gas not connected), 2 kW diesel warm air heater, Thetford cassette toilet, free-standing furniture, hot water calorifier tank, fenders, ropes, life rings, mooring pins, roof-mounted storage box.
Electrics
12v – 3 x 110Ah deep cycle batteries, automatic bilge pump, horn, LED cabin lighting, navigation lights.
240v – shore power connection, hot water immersion heater, Ring 4 Amp smart battery charger, plug sockets, Russell Hobbs single oven and two ring ceramic hob, TV and aerial.
