Construction
10mm welded steel base plate, 6mm hull sides and gunwale, 4mm cabin sides and 4mm roof. LPG storage locker in the bow, stainless steel water tank beneath the well deck, hardwood glazed cabin doors, a steel side hatch, alloy framed port hole and hopper style windows, pigeon box, steel aft doors and sliding hatch. Internal fit-out is in painted plywood and wood laminate flooring. Insulation, where accessible, appears to be polystyrene sheets and some form of foil. External paintwork in royal blue panels, red framing and white coach lines. The topsides paintwork is in below average condition, the hull is overdue for blacking and the interior would benefit from some updating in places. The overall condition is reflected in the asking price and a 2017 survey indicated some localised pitting in the base plate and hull sides that was within insurance tolerances.
Accommodation
Forward saloon – Morse solid fuel stove with back boiler, on a tiled plinth with a tiled surround, hopper style windows with venetian blinds, hardwood double doors to the forepeak, steps with access to the water tank, domestic water pump and expansion cylinder.
Galley – free standing base units with ample storage, a stainless steel sink with mixer tap, hard wood work tops, Shoreline fridge/ freezer, full size washer dryer, side doors on starboard side.
Corridor to starboard leads to-:
WC & shower – re-fitted with a hip bath, white tiled surround and shower attachment, wash basin with storage beneath and mirror above, cassette toilet, towel ring, port hole windows, sliding door. Doorway to:
Master cabin – free-standing double bed frame with storage and redundant waste tank beneath, free-standing wardrobe, radiator, hopper windows, additional fitted storage and door to the engine room.
Engine room – access to the engine and bilge, engine control panel, electrical control systems, doorway and hatch to the traditional stern deck.
Engine
Kubota Beta Marine BV1505 4 cylinder diesel engine (approximately 35hp) with a Hurth hydraulic gearbox and single lever control. Engine serviced April 2022. Gearbox replaced 2017.
Equipment
2 x 13kg LPG bottles, Morso solid fuel stove with back boiler coupled to radiators, fire extinguishers and blanket, CO and smoke alarms, hot water calorifier coupled to the engine and fitted with immersion heater, Candy washing machine, Shoreline 230v fridge/freezer.
Electrics
1 x 12v battery, 3 x 12v domestic batteries, twin engine alternators, Sterling Power Pro Charge battery charger, Victron 1600W automatic battery charger, Mastervolt inverter, 12v switch panel, ceiling mounted LED lighting, Jabsco 12v domestic water pump.
240v shore power connection, mains RCD unit, Candy washer dryer, Shoreline mains fridge/freezer, plug sockets throughout.
